When submitting your proposal please make sure that it meets the following requirements:

  • Your talk outline must be complete – we will only accept minor changes from the date you submit your proposal to no later than 2 weeks before the conference date.
  • You must include a high-quality and professional photo of yourself which will be used on the ACEIA website.
  • You must include a logo of your sponsor (if applicable)

  • Please keep to the word limits stated in the form.

  • You will receive a message on submission. If not, an error may have occurred. Please contact aceiaspeakerscoordinator@gmail.com if in any doubt.

The speakers are what make the ACEIA Annual Conference so special. We can’t wait to hear from you!
