Excellent academic management is key in a successful school.  However, it can be challenging to take the time to reflect on and improve our practice. The III ACEIA DOS Forum gives us the opportunity to look at our wellbeing, our development, and our interactions with those we manage in a series of sessions and discussions to help us further improve how we lead our teams.
